Just decided to return my Embody, which is a regular one. I'm 6 feet 2, and the rounded edges in the top permanently give me a trigger point massage.. which does not work well if you need to sit in it 8 hours a day. I even found out that for the upper part my body almost does not make contact with the chair, except for those two devil-horns. It is bizarre that a 1400 euro chair with years of research (more like marketing blabla) does not provide comfort, or at least cannot be changed in this respect.

Thank you so much for this review! I just couldn't decide between this and the Aeron. Other reviewers saying that it lacks adjustable lumbar, backrest, headrest, armrests, height adjustment, tilt lock, seat depth, cushioning and wheels.... clearly haven't tried it.

Review from someone who is 6'2: At 1:45 he mentions that he hates a headrest touching the back of his head/neck when sitting upright. I am the same way. The Atlas Headrest's design makes this impossible for someone of my height. Since the support structure that the headrest attaches to is curved, the higher up you move up the headrest, the further forward it's pushed. You might think that since the headrest can be adjusted forward/back that this shouldn't be an issue, but there is absolutely no configuration where-in the headrest does not make contact with my shoulders, neck, or head when sitting upright. As such, it's a must-return for me, which is disappointing, because the headrest feels great when leaning back. TLDR: If you're over 6 feet and you don't like the headrest making contact with you while sitting upright, you aren't going to like this headrest.

I don’t like about it is you’ve got a squat way down like and I don’t like that. It’s really hard on my knees. So if they could bring it up more to a good maybe 1820 inches high like a regular dining room seat that would be a little better.

Andaseat released a Kaiser 3 Pro model and, most recently, the new Kaiser 4. I wonder how they stack up to the competition now? I’m on the fence between any Kaiser model or Titan Evo 2022 from Secretlab. I have to wonder if the overwhelming amount of complaints about the hardness of the seat is simply coming from people who’ve never sat on one of these gaming chairs, and are used to a couch or recliner. I’ve had an old Dxracer model for about 8 years now, so imagine either one of these brands would be a significant upgrade either way.

I finally bought one after watching this video for dozen times! Im going for the og pinecone color coz the store in my country only sell the black, cyan and ametyst, i want the galaxy one coz it looks better than amethyst but atlas do not make the headrest for that color. Og is quite comfortable when i tried it on the store so im still a happy person!

I'm 5'0 and am very uncomfortable with all chairs I've sat on. The balls of my feet never touch the ground, and because I have a condition that makes circulation like a diabetics and foot swelling at my young age is a problem, it makes my feet so much more uncomfortable than other people my height. And I can't sit back because it will make me look like a child or lean back like I'm almost lying down.

Okay, so let me get this straight, the guy who IS ON PAYROLL FOR OFFICELOGIX is trying to use the analogies of a doctor prescribing medication for kickbacks or a judge with stock in an accused company to invalidate you? Does he realize that HE is the one trying to hawk a product for profit whereas YOU are the one providing fair criticism and judgement? That is close to the dumbest argument I've ever seen someone make.

Picked one up to trial. Thanks for the review and code. Definitely seems better than lumbar so far. Only odd part was the trim plate on the back of the headrest leaves a gap, and it seems a bit unfinished for this expensive of a chair.

You said that the most stable is not necessarily the most expensive in the beginning, but Apex Pro legs alone are almost $1k add to that another ~$1k for the top, that's ~$2k without any accessory.
